All About Mrs. Novak

I am so excited to be your child's teacher for the 2016-2017 school year. I went to Bradley University and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in Special Education. I also have my ESL endorsement and a Masters of Education through National Louis University.  This will be my ninth year teaching preschool at Kennedy School. I'm excited to begin another great year at such a wonderful school with the hard working, and dedicated teachers and staff.

My hunsband Ryan and I welcomed our first child last year. Tessa Marie joined us on November 18th. I was lucky to be able to spend the rest of the school year at home with her. I've loved watching her grow and learn, but I am eager and excited to jump back into the preschool world this year!

In my spare time, we love to travel to new places and visit family, play outside and explore, and take our dog Finn to different parks. I love the color green and purple. I love the candy Now and Laters!

I can't wait to start working together to make this school year a memorable one for you and your child.

About Mrs. Milenkovic

I'm excited this will be my second year as a paraprofessional at Kennedy School. I graduated from Andrews University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I've always worked with children. This will be my ninth year. So you can see I love children. I got married this past September, and my name changed to Mrs. Milenkovic, some of the students still call me by my maiden name, Ms. Samuels.  My favorite color is purple and I love to snack on chocolate chip cookies.
