Communication between parents and teachers is very important.  Children are more successful in school when their parents are actively involved and communicate regularly with their child's teacher.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns.

If you would like to volunteer in our classroom, please contact me and we will set up a time to come in!  

 

Volunteer opportunities at school include.....

- Interacting with the children in our classroom

- Reading books in class

- Helping with aspects of the daily routine such as: checking backpacks, putting children's mail in their folders, or serving snack

- Making copies, laminating materials, and helping to maintain a clean environment

- Engaging in outdoor play

- Creating and hanging up hallway displays

- Sharing personal/cultural interests

 

Can't make it into the classroom? Don't worry, there are ways to help at home too!

Volunteer opportunities at home include.....

- Cutting out and/or making materials needed for class projects

- Making playdough

- Stapling packets/book orders
